Article Marketing with Keywords

I recently saw an article posted on my Facebook wall from Neil Russell about Article Marketing.

Article marketing is a type of advertising in which businesses write short articles related to their respective industry. These articles are made available for distribution and publication in the marketplace. Which makes the author of the article look like a rock star because they are sharing their expertise.

Now, Russell puts it best in his latest article in tip number 1. “find a good keyword for your article”.

Keywords are very important in Internet marketing because it allows marketers to know what people want. As we all know, that kind of information is worth a lot to marketers! Even off-line marketers benefit from knowing what people search on the Internet because it provides an insight into consumer desires and wants.

The term Keyword refers to a word or a phrase used by Internet users to find information on-line. Keyword research is ultimately about knowledge. Knowledge about your target market, knowledge about your products & knowledge about the problems your customers have!

As business owners knowing what Keywords are used to help locate their business on line is a great source of wealth.  Now is the time to step up and start writing an article to show off their knowledge.
